The shift from team member to Team Leader or Supervisor is often a challenging one. The change of dynamic takes time and effort to adjust to, for both the new leader and the staff now under their supervision, and if the leader is inexperienced in staff supervision, there are likely to be some bumps in the road. 

Time management can also prove difficult if a new leader is inexperienced at effective delegation, resulting in their time filling up with staff management tasks while their own projects fall behind. 

Nevis Training’s Supervising Others workshop will empower leaders to become better delegators, improve time management skills, goal setting, and expectation management skills.
